Introduction of the Publishing House

Salim and Hagar

Greetings,

Dear readers, pay attention! A new publishing house is being established here that has a lot to offer: there will be dancing and leaping to what truly moves us. Its name is: "Hic Salta Press" (a short form of the Latin "Hic Rhodos, hic salta").

In addition to classic literature, our focus is on touching stories such as "The Wonderful Moskwa," where a strong-willed stallion of the Akhal-Teke breed leads a brother to spiritual heights (in preparation), or "The Day the Sun Stood Still" and why we have forgotten it. These also include "Moments Of Eternity," in which Salim describes his life near a holy man.

Even before the completion of this website, "The Chronology of Adam's Children" has already aroused sustainable interest, where Rainer Langlotz, looking at world-shaking events, advocates for the chronology of the Septuagint, according to which Jesus a. s. was born exactly 5500 years after Adam. (To find your birth year after Adam, add 5508 years to your Gregorian one.)

The newly reissued biography of the Prophet ﷺ by Amina Adil, a highlight with 610 pages, will surely find its admirers.

And on January 19, 2025, the Dalâ’il al-Khairât is scheduled to be available in an elegant edition with Arabic text, German text, and a transliteration, ready for distribution in Germany. We are very much looking forward to it.

Philosophical investigations into the problem of certainty and wisdom, as well as those on the question of the monarchical system and its relationship to democracy (in preparation), are of particular value today.

Years ago, the honorable Sheikh Nazim Efendi entrusted us with the task of producing a German edition of the Gospel of Barnabas, placing us in the tension-filled center of a debate among the three world religions. We are still following this path today, for example, with Erhorn's "Thick Air in Antioch" (recently published), which deals with the Apostle Barnabas and his dispute with Paul.

Fundamentally, our interest lies in promoting a vital spirituality that enables us, like nothing else, to lead a blissful life on this planet.
